Employees are faced with the requests for the highest performance possible and this influences are crucial to the forming and functioning of the teams.  Teambuildings and outdoors events and its importance is growing steadily and many international companies is preffering this method of learning.

Schedule proposal

1st day – Warm up introduction

Goal:

To motivate participants for program

To introduce teambuilding theme

To introduce a realization team

To answer the questions and to accommodate wishes of participants whenever possible

The team introductory game and passing of communication barriers

Program:

Arrival in the afternoon hours – can be already organized as a part of a gaming

Welcome drink, special interior adjustments, refreshments

The accommodation of participants

Introduction to the Theme, realization team and participants

Presenting of  Teambuilding goals and program

Group setting

Stylish dinner accordingly to the theme

Evening program – the work in the groups (name, flag, strategy)

Free evening party, casino, music, supplementary hotel services – swimming pool, sauna

Accordingly to the agreement – the night game

2nd day – Intensive work and experiences

Goal:

To open the space for self recognition and exploring the group dynamics in non standard environment  

To offer not traditional experiences unnecessary for effective group cooperation  

Program:

Breakfast – day program recapitulation                            

Introduction to role playing, team roles

Coffee break

Themes game 

Lunch– in hotel, participants will carry the belongings for afternoon game

Dinner – in the end of the game, later on return to the hotel

3rd day – Evaluation, conslusion and tuning up

Goal:

To analyze together the team cooperation

To apply the proven ways of communication and solutions to the work situations

The game evaluation

To identify the preferred areas of development, further steps to effective team

Program:

Breakfast – program recap (foto/video)

Analysis of team situations – what was successful what not and why yes

To generalize the practical work techniques and communication for the work practice

Lunch – in hotel, the participants will get ready for departure

The evaluation by participants and realization team

The ceremonial end of teambuilding

Final greetings and departure in the afternoon hours, memo object for all participants

Themes activities proposal               

NordKapp Race

NordKapp is the northest point of Europe. Traveling there and getting to this point can be difficult long journey which suggest many topics for teamwork solutions. The competition can be time related but most important is to achieve the best score on your journey. We propose adapting of the motorcycle sport activities for this teambuilding.

Silk Route Journey / The journey around the world in one day

Teambuilding inspired by the travel stories are always a great match to the interest of participants.

The Secret Race

The Secret Race is a variation on orientation run with unknown target destination. Each team will receive a map with description of the route and is searching for the points of interest where is the task ready for each participant. The success of the team depends heavily on the coordination during the traveling as well how good each participant is in achieving the partial results. We propose adapting of the motorcycle sport activities for this teambuilding.

The Infinite Story

Teambuilding inspired by the book The Infinite Story. The participants will save the existence of the Fantasy World, they meet flying dog Falco, as the Atrejs they will have the friend in the world of humans who will be accompanying them. Except the untraditional tasks they will have to create their own fairytale and they will give the Queen of the Fantasy a new name.                      

Odyssea

Teambuilding theme connected to the ancient greek stories and tales. The participants will sail on the ceremony ships and will solve interesting tasks during the journey. It is interesting to fulfill this theme  by making an ancient costumes and dresses.

The Journey to the Future

The Theme of Future and Past will encourage and enhance the ideas of every participant.

The Journey to the Past is organized as stops at a key events of each century and the teams are put into the situation where they can change the time events which had happened upside down and they can decide what they would do in such situation.

The Journey to the Future is a game on the theme Galaxy, Mankind presence on the moon e.t.c.. The participants are building the strategies of new civilizations, they search the way how to survive under specific conditions.

The Boyard Castle

Inspiration of this theme is the TV show which was introduce to many countries worldwide. All teams have the similar tasks and under a preassure of  time limit they try to get as many hints as possible which should lead them to the key word. If they found the key they have the open door to the gold treasure.

The Canadian Survival

The participants of this winter outdoor will be a key elements of the survival game in the harshest conditions you can possibly think of.  The participants will carry the basic equipment with themselves, will sleep in simple wooden cottage without comfort and the final race with dog sleigh is the top experience of winter season.

We prepare the other topics accordingly to the requirements of the submitter and the analysis of the situation in your firm and team.

 
Teambuilding proposal  „NordKapp Race“

The lenght:  2 days
 

Introduction:

Norwegian NordKapp is the northest point of Europe continent. We will start the nontraditional adventure  journey which will lead us through the North Europe to this special place. The routing of our journey will lead us through Germany, Denmark, Finland , Russia, Sweden to Norway. You have your map with routing and points of interest, where for each team we will have special task ready.

Goal:

To remove communication bareers  and get better knowledge of the team and individual personalities in informal outdoor environment.

To experience the intensive team cooperation.

To improve communication skills which increase the effectiveness of the team and are a key factor in improving the  atmosphere in the team.

To adapt new techniques of problem solving, what to do in crisis moment of negotiating.
